Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Volunteer in the EU Funding Applications Department. The Volunteer will assist with researching relevant EU funding opportunities, preparing and organizing funding application materials, and reviewing application submissions for accuracy and completeness. Additionally, the volunteer will contribute to collaborative efforts with team members to ensure that all requirements for funding applications are met. Strong communication and coordination with team members will be essential.

Qualifications

  • Research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather insights on EU funding opportunities and requirements
  • Experience or ability in writing, formatting, and proofreading professional documents
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with an international team remotely
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or similar tools; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
  • Interest in EU funding processes and/or non-profit sector activities
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
