We are seeking an highly motivated Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) for our Data Center Business Unit in Germany.
Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities
- For all the electrical systems (medium and low voltage): Develop single-line diagram, technical specifications, load list, distribution layouts, substation sections and tender documents for the design projects, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards
- Prepare tender documents and analyze and evaluate technical offer
- Prepare material take-off (MTO) and design documentation, including feasibility study, concept, basic and detail design
- Participate in design progress and coordination meetings
- Collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams to ensure technical specifications and project goals are met
- Oversee external planning partners and manage project planning, budgeting, and scheduling, including negotiations with suppliers
- Supervise the construction phase to ensure all systems are implemented as designed
Show Your Expertises
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Several years of experience in the design and planning of complex electrical systems
- Up-to-date relevant knowledge of regulations and norms regarding electrical systems
- Very good knowledge of English and preferably also German
- Proficient in CAD and MS Office, keen eye for details and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work within multidisciplinary teams
