nōuxx ist ein D2C-Startup für Frauengesundheit. Wir suchen Pflichtpraktikant:innen Marketing & Content, die von Strategie über Content-Produktion bis Distribution unserer Kanäle mitarbeiten. Du arbeitest eng mit der Gründerin und dem Team, bekommst echte Verantwortung und lernst, wie Social, E-Mail, Influencer- und Performance-Marketing in einem wachsenden Startup zusammenspielen.

Aufgaben
  • Gründerin auf Veranstaltungen begleiten und daraus Content erstellen: Live-Coverage, Behind-the-Scenes, schnelle Postproduktion (Reels/Shorts, Stories, Recaps).
  • Content-Produktion: Skript/Shotlist, Dreh, Schnitt, Untertitel, Thumbnails für Instagram/TikTok.
  • Redaktionsplanung: Kalender für Social & Newsletter, Themenrecherche, Briefings, Freigaben.
  • Community & Ambassador-Programm: DMs/Kommentare, Creator-Sourcing, Outreach, Versandkoordination, Performance-Tracking.
  • E-Mail-Marketing: Listenaufbau/Segmentierung, Newsletter-Konzeption, Templates, Versand, A/B-Tests.
  • Events & Field Content: Vor-/Nachbereitung, vor Ort Content erfassen, Same-Day-Edits.
  • Website/CMS: Landingpages aktualisieren, Copy/Visuals einpflegen, QA.
  • Research & Insights: Trend-Scouting, Wettbewerbsanalyse, Keyword-/Hashtag-Recherche.
  • Brand & Compliance: Tone-of-Voice, Claims, Bildrechte, saubere Asset-/Ordnerstruktur.
  • Reporting: Wochenreport zu Reichweite, Engagement, CTR, Watch Time, Top-Creatives, nächste Schritte.
Qualifikation
  • Affinität für Social Media – du weißt, was auf Instagram & TikTok funktioniert, und kannst aus Rohmaterial engaging Content erstellen
  • Schnelles, präzises und kreatives Arbeiten mit Gespür für Ästhetik und Storytelling
  • Eigenständigkeit & Proaktivität – du bringst eigene Ideen ein und kannst selbstständig an Projekten arbeiten
  • Erfahrung mit Videobearbeitungstools (z. B. Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve) sind ein plus
  • Grundkenntnisse in Motion Design (After Effects) von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Reels & Shorts – du weißt, wie man Inhalte kurz, prägnant und aufmerksamkeitsstark schneidet
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Du bist in Berlin ansässig
