12-hour shifts, 84 hours/week

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Offshore Construction Manager (OSS)
to join the
NordSee Cluster A
project. This is a critical role overseeing offshore installation and hook-up activities for the OSS, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and managing multiple contractors on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all offshore works during OSS hook-up and commissioning phase
  • Act as
    Client Representative
    onboard Jack-Up Barge
  • Manage
    Permit-to-Work (PTW)
    systems and review contractor RAMS
  • Ensure strict compliance with
    HSE regulations
    and emergency procedures
  • Coordinate SIMOPS and daily offshore operations
  • Lead daily meetings (Toolbox Talks, JUB coordination, MCC updates)
  • Prepare and sign off
    Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
  • Oversee personnel and cargo transfers between OSS and barge
  • Communicate effectively with MCC and logistics teams
  • Maintain contractual obligations under JUB agreement

Required Certifications

  • Valid
    Driver's License
  • Full GWO Certification
  • HUET
    (with CBA-EBS)
  • Valid
    Offshore Medical Certificate

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in
    Offshore Wind Projects
  • Previous role as
    Offshore Client Representative
  • Expertise in
    electrical substation hook-up & commissioning
  • Strong knowledge of
    HSE procedures
    , PTW systems, and SIMOPS
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office (Excel)
  • Fluent in
    English

Working Conditions

  • Offshore role on Jack-Up Barge
  • Rotation:
    2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
  • PPE provided by supplier
  • Travel to site offices in NL / DK / GER as required
