We are looking for a dynamic
Business Analyst
with a strong understanding of
manufacturing shop floor operations
to support our MES (Manufacturing Execution System) deployment at our Seefeld site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with onsite resources to perform Business Analysis for MES implementation.
• Engage directly with
  German-speaking shop floor SMEs
  to gather insights and expectations.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable
  MES requirements
  .
• Prepare comprehensive
  training documentation in German
  for CM MES.
• Conduct training sessions for German SMEs on the MES application, supported by our onsite team.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Solid understanding of
  manufacturing shop floor processes
  .
• Proven experience as a
  Business Analyst
  in MES or similar industrial systems.
• Fluency in German
  (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
