Wir suchen eine engagierte und erfahrene
Führungskraft im Einzelhandel
, die die Verantwortung für etwa
10 Standorte
in Berlin übernimmt – ein vielfältiges und geschäftlich starkes Gebiet. In dieser Rolle leiten Sie ein Team von
bis zu 20 Mitarbeitenden
und sorgen dafür, dass jeder Standort wirtschaftlich erfolgreich und kundenorientiert geführt wird.

Multi-Store Team Leader - Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Coaching der Store Manager und ihrer Teams an rund 10 Standorten.
  • Förderung einer starken Verkaufs- und Servicekultur durch regelmäßige
    Verkaufstrainings und individuelle Betreuung
    .
  • Verantwortung für operative Abläufe, Qualitätssicherung und Einhaltung interner Standards.
  • Aktive Rolle bei der
    Personalentwicklung
    und Nachfolgeplanung innerhalb des Teams.
  • Analyse von Leistungskennzahlen und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung.

Multi-Store Team Leader - Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung (
    mindestens 3–5 Jahre
    ) in der Führung mehrerer Filialen oder Standorte im Einzelhandel oder Dienstleistungssektor.
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im
    Retail Management
    sowie nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung.
  • Verständnis von
    Leasing- und Mietverträgen
    sowie Routine in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit
    disziplinarischer Führung
    , Leistungsbewertung und Coaching.
  • Begeisterung für den Verkauf und die Weiterentwicklung von Teams.
  • Sehr gute
    Deutschkenntnisse
    sowie gute
    Englischkenntnisse
    .
