Welche Aufgaben Sie erwarten

  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineering-Team bei Anlagenprojekten
  • Inbetriebnahme, Aufbau und Abnahme von elektrischen Anlagen
  • Durchführung von Wartungs-, Prüfungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Automatisierungsanlagen
  • Fehlerdiagnose und Störungsbeseitigung in der Anlage sowie im Prozessleitsystem
  • Änderungen und Optimierungen der Prozessabläufe nach Analyse der Prozessdaten
  • GMP-gerechte Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Maßnahmen

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Prozessautomatisierung und Verfahrenstechnik
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Siemens PCS7 Automatisierungssystemen und SIMATIC Batch
  • Programmierung und Konfiguration von PCS7-Stationen
  • Kenntnisse in HMI-Design und Visualisierung
  • Erfahrung mit SPS-Programmierung (z.B. S7-Programmierung)
  • Vertrautheit mit Prozessinstrumentierung und Regelungstechnik
  • Erfahrung im Bereich PLT Anlagenplanung, Betriebsbetreuung und Kenntnisse einschlägiger Regelwerke und Normen, z. B.: VDE, ATEX und Betriebssicherheitsverordnung
  • Erfahrung im GMP- Umfeld

  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, um praktische Lösungen schnell und effizient umzusetzen
  • Gutes EDV-Wissen in den gängigen Office Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für eine effektive Kommunikation im Arbeitsumfeld

Ausbildung

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbar mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Zusätzliche Schulungen in PCS7 und Automatisierungstechnik sind von Vorteil
