Junior Financial Analyst M&A / Unternehmensbewertung (m/w/d)

Hyra is working on behalf of REMONDIS Assets & Services GmbH & Co. KG to hire for the position of Junior Financial Analyst M&A / Unternehmensbewertung (m/w/d). The role involves supporting financial analyses for M&A projects and conducting due diligence to support transaction processes. You will work closely with internal decision-makers and the Group CFO on growth projects and cash flow analyses.

What you'll be doing


• Supporting financial analysis and identifying relevant commercial data for M&A projects


• Performing due diligence tasks for DCF valuations and transaction processes


• Reviewing and validating decision templates for internal and external growth projects


• Preparing annual financial statement analyses and cash flow evaluations


• Assisting with impairment tests, country-specific analyses, and post-calculations

• Degree in business administration or economics (Bachelor or Master)


• Initial practical experience in controlling or M&A through internships or working student roles


• Proficiency in MS Office applications and a strong affinity for financial figures


• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style


• Hands-on mentality and a willingness to learn within a professional environment
