Hiring globally and fully remote, we're a team of 50 and we're planning to grow to 100+ in the next ~18 months.
About the Role
As Carrier Relations Manager, you'll work across all four of our core products — Data Roaming, Voice, SMS, and Numbers (DID) — and take ownership of everything from interconnection setup and vendor negotiations to rate management, fraud detection, and reporting. You'll also collaborate closely with our development team to automate processes and scope new system features — particularly in Linxa, which we use for routing and rating. Beyond the day-to-day, you'll lead one of our most strategic initiatives: building Roamless into an MVNO. This will include everything from licensing and core network setup to operator interconnections — and if you're not already an expert, that's okay. What matters most is your ability to learn fast, solve problems, and drive complex projects from start to finish.

What You'll DoManage and grow relationships across all four product lines: Data Roaming, Voice, SMS, and Numbers (DID)Lead end-to-end interconnection processes — from initial outreach and agreements to technical setup and launchOwn vendor management: monitor performance, track commitments, and evaluate alternativesDrive pricing strategy by analyzing supplier rates, market trends, commitments, and country-level potentialAnalyze traffic data to identify and act on fraud attempts or abnormal patternsWork inside Linxa to manage routing, pricing, and system logic — and help define new features based on operational needsServe as the second line of support for the NOC, escalating issues to suppliers when neededLead the MVNO project — including licensing, core network setup, and direct operator interconnectionsAct as the main point of contact (internally and externally) for all MVNO-related topicsStay current on market trends, industry events, and competitor activity — and represent Roamless at relevant conferences
What You'll Bring6 -10 years of experience in telecom, ideally in carrier relations, interconnection, or pricing rolesA solid understanding of Voice, SMS, Data Roaming, and/or DID products — or a fast learner who's curious to dive deepFamiliarity with MVNO setup, core networks, and/or telecom licensingExperience working with routing, rating, and interconnection systems (bonus: hands-on with Linxa)Strong analytical skills — you're comfortable working with data, spotting patterns, and making decisions based on numbersA structured communicator who can translate complex needs into clear, actionable requirementsComfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and owning end-to-end projects

Location
This is a fully remote role. We're ideally looking for someone based in Europe, or works in Europe-friendly time zone. Full time role, permanent contract.
