How you can make a difference:

As a Clinical Application Specialist (CAS), you have the exciting opportunity to apply your clinical expertise and education skills to support caregivers, partners, and distributors in neonatal and pediatric respiratory care. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality training, ensuring optimal clinical use of Hamilton Medical and medin technologies, and strengthening customer engagement across Europe.

Your tasks:

  • Support local Hamilton Medical and medin business activities by providing structured end-user training, helping to drive adoption of neonatal and pediatric respiratory solutions

  • Participate in regional educational events such as Advanced Ventilation Workshops, partner trainings, and bedside sessions in NICU/PICU to promote safe and effective clinical practice

  • Deliver customized clinical education for distribution partners and contribute to the development of advanced neonatal/pediatric training content

  • Support the global CAS team by sharing expertise in neonatal and pediatric ventilation and strengthening the connection between headquarters and remote CAS members

  • Provide clinical feedback to internal teams to support product development, usability assessments, and continuous improvement

  • National and international travel up to 50% of (annual) working time

That's what you bring along:

  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in neonatal or pediatric intensive care (NICU/PICU), including experience with invasive and non-invasive ventilation (e.g., nCPAP, HFNC, SNIPPV)

  • Strong clinical background in neonatal and pediatric respiratory support; experience with Hamilton Medical and/or medin solutions is an advantage

  • Proven ability to manage technology transitions and support device implementation in hospital environments

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills when engaging with NICU and PICU clinicians and interdisciplinary teams

  • Demonstrated training competence, including understanding of adult learning principles and train-the-trainer approaches

  • Highly self-organized, solution-oriented, and a collaborative team player with strong troubleshooting skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
