Deine Aufgaben
  • Du unterstützt die Montage- und Fertigungsteams als 2nd-Level-Support bei komplexeren Montageprozessproblemen und steuerst den Problemlösungsprozess 
  • Du analysierst Störungsursachen und entwickelst Fehlervermeidungsmaßnahmen in interdisziplinären Teams (Montage, Fertigung, QS, Entwicklung, Einkauf) bis zur Rückführung der Ergebnisse in die Produktentwicklung
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozess- und Produktqualität
  • Du organisierst die Bearbeitung der Kundenreklamationen bis zur nachhaltigen Fehlervermeidung
  • Du verbesserst die gültigen Standards und die zugehörige Infrastruktur  


Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über einen Master- oder Bachelor-Abschluss in Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Du hast ein gutes technisches Basiswissen in Mechanik, Elektronik sowie in der Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik
  • Du begeisterst Dich für High-Tech Produkte hoher Komplexität
  • Du bist in der Lage Workshops mit Mitarbeitern aus unterschiedlichen Disziplinen erfolgreich zu moderieren
  • Du bringst ein sehr hohes Maß an Durchsetzungs- und Umsetzungsvermögen sowie Kommunikationsgeschick mit
  • Du hast sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine systematische und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du hast Interesse an Projektmanagement & Problemlösungsmethoden  
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
