Werde Teil eines internationalen Teams, das sich um die weltweite politische Kommunikation und Interessenvertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber Regierungen, Regulierungsbehörden, Verbänden und anderen wichtigen externen Stakeholdern kümmert. Wir arbeiten eng mit unseren Kollegen aus den Bereichen Government Affairs, Unternehmenskommunikation und -strategie sowie Business Development in Europa, Asien und Amerika zusammen. Als Werkstudent/in in unserem Team gewinnst du somit einen umfassenden Einblick in alle Felder der Government Affairs: politisches Monitoring und Issues Management, Krisenmanagement, politische Kontaktarbeit, Agenda Setting, Gremienarbeit, Corporate Citizenship, Sponsoring und Veranstaltungsmanagement.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Studierende/n (w/m/d) für den Bereich Government Affairs (ca Std./Woche) am Standort Hamburg.

Aufgabenbereich:

  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der externen politischen Kommunikationsstrategie und der politischen Positionierung des Unternehmens (Positionspapiere, Stellungnahmen, White Papers, Briefings für die Geschäftsleitung)
  • Recherche von komplexen politischen, wirtschaftlichen und technischen Sachverhalten sowie deren Aufbereitung für ein nicht fachkundiges Publikum
  • Unterstützung bei Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Meetings und Delegationsbesuchen
  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Präsentationen und Reportings
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben

Profil:

  • Fortgeschrittenes Studium der Politik-, Rechts-, Wirtschafts- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften, internationale Beziehungen oder verwandter Studiengänge
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und internationalen politischen Landschaften sowie globaler wirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge
  • Keine Berührungsängste mit technischen Themen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe und neuartige Inhalte zu erfassen, konsolidieren und verarbeiten
  • Bereitschaft, in den kommenden 1-3 Jahren als Werkstudent/in tätig zu sein
  • Hervorragende verbale und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Social Media und Internetanwendungen
  • Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit
