Role Overview

The Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator supports the execution of logistics and supply chain activities by coordinating transportation, inventory movement, and operational communication. This role ensures accuracy, visibility, and continuity across logistics processes while contributing to efficient material flow and service reliability.

Key Responsibilities


• Coordinate daily logistics activities related to shipping, receiving, and distribution.


• Monitor shipment progress and address scheduling or delivery discrepancies.


• Prepare, review, and maintain logistics documentation and tracking records.


• Support inventory movements and assist with stock level monitoring.


• Communicate logistics updates and resolve routine operational issues.


• Collaborate with warehouse teams and transportation providers to ensure smooth execution.


• Maintain accurate logistics data in supply chain management systems.


• Assist with logistics performance analysis and reporting.


• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.


• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, operational guidelines, and safety standards.

Qualifications and Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related discipline.


• Basic understanding of logistics coordination and supply chain operations.


• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.


• Proficiency in standard office tools; experience with logistics systems is an advantage.


• Clear communication and coordination abilities.


• Analytical thinking with problem-solving capabilities.


• Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented working style.


• Ability to work efficiently in a structured, operational environment.


• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain support, or coordination roles is beneficial.
