Our founders –serial entrepreneurs who previously raised >USD 80m from Tier-1 US investors– are now launching into a new market.Further details will be shared during recruitment.TasksAccounting Support: Prepare and organize financial documents, invoices, and receipts to ensure clean bookkeeping foundations.Controlling & Budgeting: Help build our controlling structures from the ground up—developing reports, tracking KPIs, and supporting financial planning.Payroll Coordination: Collaborate closely with external payroll providers and take over internal coordination of payroll-related tasks.Bookkeeping Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for our accounting partners to streamline monthly and annual closings.M&A Analysis: Support the preparation and analysis of financial data for potential M&A projects and investor relations.RequirementsA true generalistic finance and accounting enthusiast who connects the dots across functions.Experienced in fast‑paced environments (hypergrowth start‑ups, VC, growth equity, PE, investment banking, or strategy consulting) and capable of delivering high‑quality outcomes.A proactive communicator and team player with a service mindset and high integrity.Passionate about accounting, finance, entrepreneurship and the start-up ecosystem with a genuine hunger to learn and grow.Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's (min. 2nd semester) or master's programme (business-related field is a plus) from a top-tier university.Fully fluent in German is a must.Available for >6 months ideally in Berlin , starting ASAP .First experiences in the areas of accounting, finance and book keeping is a plus.BenefitsEnd‑to‑End Ownership: Make a real impact from day one across various functions.Top‑Notch Product: Our product delivers – with NPS scores >90 (B2B and B2C) and Google ratings consistently between 4.8 and 5.0 stars.Accelerated Career Growth: Gain first‑hand exposure to scaling a high-growth, ops-heavy start-up – a solid launchpad for future leadership or founding roles.Prime Location: Work from our central Berlin Mitte office, surrounded by an active start‑up and VC ecosystem, or remote - if preferred.Fair Compensation: EUR 15€/hour.Corporate Gym Membership: Access to >10k Gyms via Wellpass.Intro Chat: A 30‑minute call with Sebastian (Chief of Staff) to discuss our stealth venture, your background, and mutual expectations.Finance Manager Interview: A 30-minute call with Samuel (CCO) to assess your role-fit and clarify on-the-job responsibilities.Our hiring process typically takes around 1 week – we value efficiency as much as you do.
