Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung und Durchführung von Vorbereitungsaktivitäten zum Einlasten von Aufträgen, einschließlich der technischen Prüfungsausschusses (Technical Review Committee, TRC) für Kundentriebwerke
  • Schnittstelle zwischen den Fachabteilungen Manufacturing Engineering, Logistik und operativem Bereich
  • Erstellung von Statusberichten und Kommunikation mit dem Flottenmanagement und Kundenvertretern
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen sowie Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Verwaltung von Kundenverträgen (wo zutreffend)

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL) oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Materialwirtschaft/Logistik.
  • Einschlägige kommerzielle oder technische Erfahrungen sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich Wartung, Reparatur und Instandhaltung (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul, MRO)
  • Erfahrung im Erstellen und Vortragen von Berichten an höhere Managementebnen
  • Hohes Maß an Motivation sowie ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Starkes unternehmerisches Denken mit ausgezeichneter Detailgenauigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
