Zur Verstärkung und Unterstützung unseres Teams "Media Enforcement" suchen wir echte Allrounder, Sportbegeisterte, Kommunikatoren und Teamplayer mit Interesse am sowie Erfahrung mit dem digitalen Arbeiten. Für unsere Mandanten übernehmen wir die gerichtliche und außergerichtliche Durchsetzung ihrer Rechte und bewegen uns hier im Bereich des Medienrechts.

Rights Enforcement Manager (m/w/d)
in Vollzeit entweder an unserem Standort in München oder dem in Berlin.

Aufgaben

  • Zentrale Rolle und Schnittstelle im Team "Media Enforcement", bestehend aus Anwälten, Office-Management, wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeitern und studentischen Hilfskräften
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Rechtsanwälten
  • Austausch mit der Mandantschaft
  • Koordination des Teams "Media Enforcement" mit Schwerpunkt im Projektmanagement, insbesondere Koordination der wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiter und studentischen Hilfskräften sowie externer (Technik-)Dienstleister
  • Bearbeitung der täglichen (meist elektronischen) Post und Korrespondenz, inklusive Übernahme der Kommunikation mit Kunden, Rechtsverletzern und Ämtern
  • Führen elektronischer Akten und elektronische Dokumentenablage
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Pflege von Dokumenten und Vorlagen (Word, Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Sicherung und Pflege der Datenqualität und -aktualität, insbesondere Sichtung und Abgleich von Kontrolllisten mit dem bestehenden Aktenbestand

Profil

  • Hochschul-, Fachhochschul- oder Berufsschulabschluss, betriebswirtschaftliche und juristische (Vor-)Kenntnisse hilfreich (z.B. aus dem Studium oder gar 1. jur. Staatsexamen, Aus- oder Fortbildungen, Berufserfahrung oder Kurse) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • (Erste) Berufserfahrung im Veranstaltungs-, Medien- oder Sportumfeld von Vorteil
  • Hohe Motivation für Sportsachverhalte
  • Genaues, zuverlässiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Fähigkeit, strukturiert sowie analytisch zu denken und zu arbeiten
