Als
Lead Software Plattform Architect (m/w/d)
gestaltest und verantwortest du die technologische Basis unserer Produkte – von High-End-Audiokomponenten bis hin zu integrierten Klangsystemen in exklusiven Lebensräumen, Yachten oder Fahrzeugen. Du schaffst die Grundlagen für eine skalierbare, modulare und wartbare Embedded Software-Plattform.

Deine Mission

  • Architekturverantwortung für unsere Embedded Audio Software Plattform (Firmware, Middleware, Systemintegration)

  • Gestaltung einer modularen Software-Plattform, die über mehrere Produkte und Geschäftsbereiche hinweg wiederverwendbar ist

  • Definition und Pflege technischer Schnittstellen, Systemmodule und Architektur-Dokumentationen

  • Integration von DSP-Software, Connectivity-Modulen und Steuerungslogik in ein konsistentes Systemdesign

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, App-Entwickler:innen, Sound-Engineering, sowie externen Entwicklungspartnern

  • Verantwortung für Build-Systeme, Toolchains und Continuous Integration

  • Technische Bewertung von Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen im Bereich Software-Komponenten

  • Technisches Mentoring für Entwickler:innen innerhalb der agilen Teams

  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der langfristigen Technologie- und Software-Roadmap des Unternehmens

Deine Erfolgsformel

#must have:
Linux, Git, Embedded C/C++ RTOS Audio, CI/CD DSP

#nice to have:
Python, Autosar, Jenkins

Dein Profil im Überblick:

  • Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Embedded Software-Entwicklung, idealerweise im Bereich Audio, Consumer Electronics oder Automotive

  • Tiefes Verständnis für Softwarearchitektur, Systemdesign und plattformübergreifende Entwicklung

  • Erfahrung mit DSP-Systemen, Steuerungskomponenten, RTOS, Connectivity (z. B. Bluetooth, WiFi)

  • Vertraut mit CI/CD-Umgebungen (z. B. GitLab, Jenkins) und modernen Entwicklungstools

  • Erfahrung in agilen Entwicklungsumgebungen (Scrum, Kanban) und in crossfunktionalen Teams

  • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, systemisches Denken, lösungsorientierter Mindset

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
