About this role 

We are looking for a Salesforce Associate QA Engineer to join us for a maternity cover contract, with an end date of December 15, 2026.

As part of the Logistics department, the main focus of the Salesforce team is to ensure the continuous development of the courier recruitment and engagement platform for multiple teams to successfully hire, onboard, and engage with our couriers who deliver for our customers.

As a Associate QA Engineer, you should have strong core skills and will be responsible for the Quality of the system and our products.

As an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be exposed to several business and technical challenges and you will need to:

  • Plan and execute both manual and automated tests for specific project features and milestones.

  • Design, create, implement, and maintain test cases using test management tools.

  • Provide feedback and reports to the development team.

  • Collaborate with other QA engineers to improve processes and documentation and share knowledge.

  • Identify, report, update, and track bugs using JIRA.

  • Work alongside development teams to investigate and resolve bugs, helping the team achieve its goals.

  • Actively participate in the Agile software development cycle within a cross-functional team environment.

What will you bring to the team?  

For this role, we are looking for a candidate who brings the following essential skills and experiences:

  • Planning and executing tests: Experience in both manual and automated testing is required.

  • Salesforce: You should have experience working with or testing in the Salesforce platform.

  • Tools: Proven experience with issue tracking tools (like JIRA) and test case management tools (like Test Rail).

  • API Testing: You must be experienced in testing RESTful APIs.

  • Programming: Experience with an object-oriented programming language, such as JavaScript or Python.

  • Frameworks: Experience using Playwright is essential.

  • Databases: You should have experience with relational databases (e.g., MongoDB).

  • Teamwork: A passion for working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development life cycle.

  • Communication: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
