This team is redefining educational equity through technology that adapts to students' individual needs and empowers teachers to make informed, data -driven decisions.This is a React specialist role, suited to an engineer who understands React as an engineering discipline.You'll join a cross -functional product team working on complex, interactive web and mobile applications, where correctness, performance, and long -term maintainability matter. The work goes well beyond static pages or CRUD interfaces and involves deep reasoning about UI state, rendering behaviour, and user interaction flows.What You'll Be Doing Design and build highly interactive UI experiences used by learners globallyWork closely with product managers and designers during discovery and experimentationReason deeply about React rendering, state management, and performanceCollaborate with engineers to maintain a high -quality, long -lived frontend codebaseSolve challenging UI problems creatively and rigorouslyTake ownership of features from concept through to productionContribute to improving frontend patterns, standards, and practices What You Bring Strong software engineering fundamentalsDeep experience with React in production environmentsStrong understanding of modern JavaScript (closures, async behaviour, event loop)Experience building complex, interactive UIs rather than simple content -driven sitesExperience working on large -scale or long -lived web applicationsClear, effective communication and collaboration skillsA strong interest in quality, design, and user experienceIndustry experience building web -based products Why Join?
