A Day in the LifeBei Medtronic erwartet Sie ein vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet in einem international erfolgreichen Medizintechnikkonzern mit langfristigen Weiterbildungs- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Der Technical Consultant CST (m/w/d)) unterstützt Chirurgen und OP-Personal bei operativen und präoperativen Fragestellungen und treibt die kommerziellen Vertriebsaktivitäten (Cross- und Up-Selling) vor allem für den Bereich Navigation, Bildgebung (O-Arm) und Robotik voran und unterstützend für das spinale Produktportfolio (Core Spine, Biologics, Midas, AQM).

Diese Position umfasst die Region Hannover, Göttingen, Bielefeld und Giessen und ist daher eine Remote Position. Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Für Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein.

Für diese Stelle besteht eine einrichtungsbezogene Impfpflicht. Aus diesem Grund ist eine vollständige Masernimpfung Voraussetzung für die Besetzung der offenen Position.

Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:

  • Technischer Support im OP (prä-, intra- und postoperativ) für das Klinikpersonal
  • Beratung zur Produktanwendung und -spezifikation
  • Identifikation von Verkaufschancen für das gesamte Produktportfolio sowie weitere Produkte (Cross- und Up-Selling) und entsprechende Abstimmung mit dem Außendienst zu Verkaufstaktiken und Initiierung von Angeboten
  • Optimierung des Einsatzes von Spine-Instrumenten und Management von lieferbezogenen Aufgaben
  • Planung des Case Supports mit den Account Sales Representatives auf Basis der Account Priorisierung
  • Schulung und Training des Krankenhauspersonals zur eigenverantwortlichen Durchführung klinischer Verfahren und der Geräteanwendung (Vor-Ort-Schulungen, Feldtrainingskurse unter Nutzung vorhandener Materialien und Medien)
  • Unterstützung bei Konferenzen und Tagungen
  • Berichterstattung über Aktivitäten und Angelegenheiten gemäß den Anforderungen des Managements

Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung / Studium im kaufmännischen, naturwissenschaftlichen oder medizinischen Bereich
  • Kenntnisse des Medizinmarktes und Erfahrung in der Neuromodulation
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeiten im Aufbau von Kundenkontakten
  • Zielorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Analytische und strategische Stärken
  • Wir suchen einen Teamplayer
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Idealerweise verfügen Sie über mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung als Medizinprodukteberater oder Klinikreferent im Bereich Neurologie. Außerdem sehen wir OP-Erfahrung und ein gutes technisches Verständnis als weiteren Vorteil an und freuen
