Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie als Senior Innovation Developer - Data Science und Stakeholdermanagement für den Standort Berlin.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

  • Verantwortlich für die strategische Kommunikation mit den Stakeholdern, Innovationspartnern sowie fachliche Beratung im Rahmen der Diskussionen über Innovationspotentiale sowie deren Umsetzung
  • Koordination und Durchführung von Planungs-, Positionierungs- und Abstimmungsprozessen mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Beantragung sowie Leitung von Förder- und Entwicklungsprojekten im Rahmen des Prozesses Innovation & Research
  • Steuerung externer Entwicklungspartner
  • Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung von Workshops mit internen und externen Stakeholdern

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium aus dem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich (Politikwissenschaften, Verwaltungswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Sozialwissenschaften) oder vergleichbar
  • Fundierte praktische Projekterfahrung in komplexen und agilen Projekten
  • Erfahrungen in Führung von Entwicklungs-, Transformations-, Organisationsprojekten
  • Fachübergreifendes und interdisziplinäres Wissen
  • Kommunikations- und Moderationskompetenz
  • Fähigkeit zur Integration und Zusammenführung verschiedener Stakeholder und unterschiedlicher Perspektiven
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) für die erfolgreiche Kommunikation in einem vielfältigen Projektumfeld
