Wir suchen eine(n) engagierte(

Werkstudent(in) im Bereich Ads & Promotions Sales
, der/die unser Revenue Operations Team in Deutschland unterstützt. Dein Hauptaufgabenbereich wird darin liegen,
aktiv Restaurants telefonisch zu kontaktieren
– also kalt zu akquirieren – und ihnen unsere Werbe- und Promotion-Produkte vorzustellen. Dabei präsentierst du Lösungen, baust Beziehungen auf und führst Verhandlungen, um die Nutzung unserer Ads & Promos auszubauen.

Zusätzlich unterstützt du das Team bei der Analyse von Kampagnen, bei der Erstellung von Pitch-Materialien und beim Nachhalten der Ergebnisse – so bekommst du einen guten Einblick in den gesamten Ablauf von Werbung und Sales in einem schnell wachsenden Tech-Umfeld.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Restaurants aktiv anrufen: bestehende Partner gezielt ansprechen, um Wolt Ads & Promotions vorzustellen
  • Werbelösungen präsentieren, Budgets verhandeln und Abschlüsse sichern, um die Nutzung von Ads & Promos zu steigern
  • Leads generieren, qualifizieren und gemeinsam mit dem Team in einer strukturierten Pipeline nachverfolgen
  • Das Ads & Promos Team bei Angeboten, Präsentationen und Pitch Decks für deine Kontakte unterstützen
  • Kampagnen auswerten und Erkenntnisse einbringen, um zukünftige Sales-Ansätze zu verbessern

Das bringst du mit

  • Studium: Du studierst derzeit BWL, Marketing, Vertrieb oder ein verwandtes Fach und befindest dich im letzten Jahr deines Studiums
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich. Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss.
  • Verhandlungs- und Verkaufsgeschick: Du bist sicher im Telefonkontakt mit potenziellen Kunden und hast ein Gespür für Verhandlungen
  • Technisches Verständnis: Du lernst schnell den Umgang mit neuen Tools wie Google Suite, Slack oder unserer Analyse-Software (Looker Studio)
  • Bonus: Erfahrung oder Kurse in Vertrieb, Kommunikation oder Verhandlungsführung sind ein Plus

About the role:
We are looking for a proactive Ads & Promotions Sales Intern to support our Revenue Operations team in Germany. The majority of your role will focus on driving sales through outbound calling — proactively reaching out to existing restaurant partners to introduce Wolt's advertising and promotion products. You'll be presenting solutions, building relationships, and negotiating deals to grow adoption of Ads & Promos.

Alongside your sales responsibilities, you'll also support the team with campaign analysis, preparing pitch materials, and keeping track of performance — giving you exposure to the full cycle of advertising sales in a fast-paced tech environment. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales strategy, and marketing execution.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive sales through outbound calls: proactively cold call and follow up with new and existing restaurant partners to pitch Wolt's advertising and promotions products
  • Present impactful ad solutions, negotiate budgets, and secure commitments to grow adoption of Ads & Promos
  • Generate and qualify leads, keep track of outreach, and manage a structured sales pipeline in collaboration with the team
  • Support the Ads & Promos team with proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for your set of qualified leads
  • Assist in analyzing campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future sales approaches

Our humble expectations:

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field and being in their last year of studies
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German. German fluency is a must.
  • Strong negotiation & sales skills: you are comfortable in cold-calling prospect clients and are a natural negotiator
  • Tech-Savvy: Able to adopt new technologies quickly, for example Google suite, Slack, Analytics tools (Looker Studio).
  • Bonus points: studies or specialized courses in sales, communication & negotiation are a big plus
