At finmid, we build the financing infrastructure that lets B2B platforms, such as Wolt, Vivid, and Glovo, offer financing products inside their user environments. By pairing real-time platform data, analytics, and bank-grade partners, we deliver fast, simple, and transparent funding to SMEs — embedded where they already work. As we scale across Europe, we're looking for ambitious team members to help us build and operate this infrastructure at scale.

About the opportunity

Join finmid's Strategy & Operations team to help shape and execute strategies that drive growth for our Capital product, with a focus on new verticals and use cases.

You'll work closely with the Product, Risk, Sales, and Operations teams to identify and execute opportunities that accelerate adoption and revenue.

You'll be part of a high-performing, cross-functional environment where you'll take ownership of key initiatives, manage partner relationships, and help define the future of finmid's Capital offering.

In this role, you will:

• Own: Lead performance reviews and drive growth initiatives for new Capital verticals; manage day-to-day relationships with customers and partners.

• Analyze: Deliver actionable insights into product performance, uncover improvement opportunities, and inform strategic decisions with data-driven analysis.

• Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Risk, and Legal to execute projects that enhance product adoption, revenue, and operational excellence.

• Expand: Conduct in-depth market and customer research to guide our Capital product expansion strategy into new ICPs and geographies.

• Deliver: Manage key operational metrics and SLAs, supporting continuous improvement of our processes and product experience.

Near-term milestones

• Lead internal performance reviews for Capital's new use cases and verticals, identifying and implementing growth initiatives.

• Own customer relationships through regular KPI reviews, business updates, and performance improvement plans.

• Support the go-to-market and expansion strategy for new verticals through market and customer research.

Skills

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, particularly in English (other languages are a plus).

• Strong analytical and modeling skills with experience in SQL, Excel, and BI tools.

• Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Notion, Slides, Sheets) and comfort in presenting insights to stakeholders.

• Ability to translate complex analyses into simple, actionable insights.

Background

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field from a top-tier university.

• 2+ years of experience in high-performance environments (consulting, investment banking, VC, or fast-paced startups).

• Knowledge of fintech, tech-enabled platforms, or B2B business models is a plus.

Growth path

This role is designed to grow into a key position within finmid's Strategy & Operations team. You'll gain end-to-end ownership over projects, develop strategic and analytical depth, and directly contribute to scaling our Capital product across Europe.
