On 400,000 m², CLAAS develops, tests and manufactures self-propelled harvesters at its main plantin Harsewinkel combine harvesters, forage harvesters and system tractors. With more than2,000 colleagues, we are the largest company in the CLAASGroup and take on cross-company and cross-country tasks inproduction, research and development as well as in numerouscommercial areas.

Our Digital Quality Management team drives innovation at the intersection of quality, technology and data. We work on digitalizing quality processes, exploring AI and AR solutions, and developing insightful reporting dashboards that empower decision-making across the organization.

Your Role In Our Team
You will support our team in various international project management and digitalization activities, with a focus on:

  • Developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau
  • Supporting AI and AR use cases for quality improvement and process optimization
  • Assisting in project coordination (planning, documentation and communication)
  • Analyzing data and preparing presentations and training materials
  • Researching and testing innovate digital solutions and methods

Your Profile

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Agricultural Sciences, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field
  • Strong interest in digital technologies, data visualization and innovation
  • Basic experience with SAP, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with AI concepts or data analytics methods and tools is a plus
  • Team player with strong communication skills in English (German a plus)

About The Internship

  • The internship lasts 3–6 months.
  • Please indicate your possible start date in your cover letter. The regular weekly working hours are 35 hours.
  • Flexible working hours with the option of partial mobile working.
