Als Lead Software Engineer übernimmst du die Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau des technischen Fundaments unserer Multi-Tenant-Plattform. Du entscheidest über Architektur, entwickelst Hands-on mit und stellst sicher, dass unsere Lösung skalierbar, sicher und compliant ist. Du prägst unsere Engineering-Kultur, führst das Team und gestaltest in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Product und Design die technologische Zukunft der Plattform.
Deine Aufgaben:
Architektur: Du konzipierst und entwickelst eine modulare, service-orientierte Architektur – mit dem richtigen Balanceakt zwischen MVP-Speed und Enterprise-SkalierbarkeitHands-on-Mentalität: Du entwickelst und pflegst zentrale Backend-Komponenten in Kotlin (Spring Boot) und integrierst Python-basierte AI/ML-Module für datengetriebene FeaturesStandards: Du definierst Clean-Architecture-Praktiken, automatisiertes Testing, Observability und Security-by-Design – und stellst sicher, dass diese im Alltag gelebt werdenDelivery: Du arbeitest eng mit DevOps zusammen, um schnelle, stabile CI/CD-Pipelines und moderne Deployment-Strategien sicherzustellenTeam: Du unterstützt und coachst Engineers durch Reviews, Pair Programming und Feedback – und förderst so eine Kultur von technischer Exzellenz und LernenCrossfunktionale Kollaboration: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Director of Technology, Product und Design zusammen, um Business-Anforderungen in nachhaltige, elegante technische Lösungen zu übersetzenOutcomes: Du unterstützt die Zieldefinition und das Performance-Tracking (z. 8+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Software-Entwicklung, davon mehrere Jahre in Architektur-Entscheidungen und technischer FührungTiefe Expertise in Kotlin/JVM, ergänzt durch Erfahrung mit Python und service-orientierten oder verteilten ArchitekturenSehr gutes Verständnis von Clean Architecture Patterns, API-Design, Testing und ObservabilityPraxis in CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes und gängigen DevOps-PrinzipienEin pragmatisches Mindset, das MVP-Speed mit Nachhaltigkeit & Sicherheit verbindetKlare Kommunikation, strukturierte Entscheidungen und Freude daran, andere Engineers zu coachenWas wir dir bieten:
