What You Will Do
Join us as the Regional Marketing Lead and take ownership of regional marketing strategy, driving pipeline and revenue growth across key markets. You'll lead and develop a high-performing team, align regional execution with global priorities, and turn market insights into impact. This is a high-visibility role ideal for a B2B marketing leader ready to scale global influence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a high-performing team of regional marketing owners, fostering collaboration, transparency and knowledge sharingOwn and drive KPIs: lead generation, pipeline and revenue targets; set performance metrics for regional marketing activitiesManage and allocate the regional marketing budget, ensuring optimal use of resources and alignment with global prioritiesTranslate global marketing strategies into actionable regional plans, ensuring brand consistency and appropriate localizationWork with regional leads to identify market-specific opportunities, challenges, and customer needs, integrating insights into global marketing planningAggregate and synthesize regional market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to inform global marketing strategies and product developmentStandardize best practices, processes, and tools across regions to drive efficiency, scalability, and knowledge transferBuild strong relationships with regional sales leadership to ensure marketing activities support pipeline and revenue growth across all regionsYou will be great for this position if you have
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in regional or global leadership roleDemonstrated success managing distributed, multicultural marketing teams/functions in the software or technology sectorExperience in developing end-to-end regional marketing campaigns: from strategy and planning to launch and performance analysisA proactive, problem-solving approach with strong project management and communication skillsStrong analytical skills, hands on experience with campaign analysis and reporting, knowledge of Matomo and PowerBIExperience working with Salesforce and MarketoExperience running field marketing, partnerships, brand awareness campaigns or other regional activitiesExperience managing budgets, setting and reporting on targets, including pipeline and ROIExperience working with think-cell, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is a plusExperience working with finance and consulting services is a plusProficient English - other languages are a plusOur Values
