Für die Verantwortung und Weiterentwicklung des F&E-Bereichs suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit als Head of Product Development B2B (m/w/d).

Job Description

  • Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams im Bereich Produktentwicklung
  • Von der Ideenfindung bis zur Markteinführung steuern Sie die Entwicklung und Optimierung von Rezepturen - stets mit Blick auf Wirtschaftlichkeit, rechtliche Vorgaben und NachhaltigkeitSie begleiten internationale Industriekunden bei der lieferantenintegrierten Entwicklung von Lebensmitteln für den Einzelhandel sowie weiteren B2B-Anwendungen und stehen beratend zur Seite
  • In Ihrer Rolle als zentrale Schnittstelle arbeiten Sie eng mit internen Bereichen wie Vertrieb, Qualitätsmanagement und Produktion zusammen und pflegen eine enge Abstimmung mit nationalen und internationalen Geschäftspartnern
  • Sie gestalten die Innovationsstrategie aktiv mit, präsentieren neue Technologien und Konzepte, bewerten deren Umsetzbarkeit aus Forschung- und Entwicklungssicht
  • Sie übernehmen die Prüfung und Bewertung von Rohwaren, testen neue oder alternative Zutaten und beurteilen potenzielle Lieferanten hinsichtlich Qualität und Eignung

The Successful Applicant

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Lebensmitteltechnologie, Verfahrenstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in der Produktentwicklung mit Personalverantwortung
  • Tiefgehendes Verständnis für Rohstoffe, Produktionsprozesse und technologische Zusammenhänge
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Entwicklungs- und Innovationsprojekten sowie ein gutes Gespür für Aromen und Geschmackskompositionen
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Lebensmittelrecht sind von Vorteil
  • Professionelles Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden und ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
