At Payrails, Marketing is a creative and strategic engine that shapes how the world experiences our product. Sitting at the intersection of storytelling, product, and go-to-market, our mission is to make Payrails instinctively understood, relevant, and trusted by modern enterprises around the globe.

Shape the strategy behind what we publish, why it matters, and how it aligns with our voice, product, and customers
Translate complex technical and product ideas into clear, well-structured content that speaks to enterprise audiences
Raise the bar for quality ensuring every piece we ship reflects our standards for clarity, precision, and usefulness
Work across teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to plan content that supports launches, explains our value, and builds trust
Build and maintain content guidelines and systems that help us scale without losing consistency or craft
Help define how Payrails shows up in the market - not just through what we say, but how well we say it
You bring 5+ years of experience planning and creating content in fast-growing tech or SaaS companies - with a strong track record of shaping narratives, developing brand voice, and building high-quality editorial systems that drive meaningful business results
You're an excellent writer and editor, not just fluent in language, but obsessed with clarity, tone, and structure
You approach content like a strategist always asking what purpose it serves, who it's for, and how it connects to business goals
You take pride in the craft. Whether it's a landing page, case study, or blog post, you aim to make it the best version of what it could be
You're comfortable collaborating across functions and gathering input without losing focus or momentum
You care deeply about quality and know how to scale it through systems, standards, and iteration
You bring effective written and verbal communication skills
