Deine Aufgaben

  • Federführende Erstellung und Steuerung der Budgetplanung, der Forecasts sowie der strategischen Finanzplanung.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen zur Gewinnung und Validierung wichtiger Planungsdaten.
  • Eigenverantwortliche Analyse und Aufbereitung von Finanzberichten sowie Erstellung von regelmäßigen Reportings für das Management.
  • Durchführung fundierter Abweichungsanalysen, Identifikation von Ursachen und Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
  • Unterstützung des Teamleiters bei strategischen Finanzprojekten und Übernahme von Teilprojektleitungen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Controlling oder vergleichbar.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Financial Planning & Analysis, idealerweise mit Verantwortung für Teilprozesse.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP).
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzmodellen und -analysen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen Führung von Aufgabenbereichen.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
