To strengthen our Retail & Pharmacy Chains (Private Label) team, we are looking for a professional and dedicated
Sales Support Coordinator (m/f/d)
based in our Sirio Europe HQ in Frankfurt or alternatively remote in Europe. The role is responsible for providing support internally and externally for our retail and pharmacy chain customers across Europe, thereby contributing to the achievement of the annual sales and margin targets for the sector.

The Role/Responsibilities:

  • Attend F2F and virtual customer meetings with the Sales team and maintain customer relationships, prepare quote responses, and oversee sample requests.
  • Create, update, and distribute weekly and monthly project trackers for Private Label customers' product launches
  • E2E coordination and execution of O2C including pre- and after-sales services according to internal and customer KPIs, strong focus on customer OTIF
  • Utilise CRM and Project Management systems to effectively manage our customers' information database and coordinate new product launches
  • Provide technical assistance and facilitate the support required for general day-to-day enquiries from our Private Label customers
  • Obtain quarterly forecast updates from Private Label customers and contribute to the creation of JBPs with the Head of Private Label
  • Collate all internal documentation required by customers for new product launches and support the Sales and Regulatory teams by completing New Line Forms / PLM submissions
  • Support the new launch process by uploading company and product information to customers' online portals
  • Collaborate and liaise with Product Management, Project Management, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and R&D teams in Europe and China to ensure successful execution of product launches and identify opportunities for improvement in support of strategic goals
  • Attend corporate events, trade shows, and marketing activities to promote SIRIO and support the Sales team

Profile/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Experience in B2B environment, ideally supporting retail or pharmacy chain customers within the FMCG, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical sectors
  • Proven track record in providing excellent administrative and customer support, ensuring smooth coordination of projects and product launches
  • Confident in building rapport, working well within a team and passionate about maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Keen understanding of common ERP systems (SD), CRM and Project Management systems
  • Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills with great attention to detail
  • Has a desire to learn and develop into an Account Manager role in the future
  • Willingness to travel within UK and Europe and occasionally to Asia in line with business requirements
  • Fluency in English is essential (proficiency in additional European languages and/or Chinese is an advantage)
  • A natural interest in the food supplements, nutraceutical, or wellness market is preferred
  • Professional demeanour with integrity, reliability, and a strong customer focus
