Get the future you want

  • Konzeption und Entwicklung von Strategie und Geschäftsmodellen für EVUs über alle Wertschöpfungsstufen hinweg (Netz, Erzeugung, Handel und Vertrieb)
  • Digitalisierung der Energieversorger über alle Wertschöpfungsstufen (z.B. Online Service, Vernetzung von Daten, IT-Infrastruktur, IT-Architektur)
  • Nachhaltigkeitsberatung von Emissionsmessung und Reporting, über Dekarbonisierungsstrategien und Aufbau neuer Geschäftsfelder bis hin zu organisatorischer Verankerung von Nachhaltigkeit bei EVU und im Bereich Smart Cities
  • Konzeption von kundenzentrierten Lösungen und Aufbau von innovativen datengetriebenen Geschäftsmodellen
  • Optimierung & Automatisierung energiewirtschaftlicher Kernfunktionen von (A)sset Management über (T)rading bis (Z)ero Emission Strategie mit Hilfe modernster Methoden (Automatisierung, künstliche Intelligenz, Analytics, Digital Twin)
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von new-way of-working und future-work Konzepten in der Energiewirtschaft

Your skills & career

  • Erste praktische Projekterfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft sowie erste Kenntnisse in einem der oben genannten Themenfelder oder Kernfunktionen sind wünschenswert
  • Einen sehr guten Studienabschluss (Bachelor / Master) mit wirtschaftlicher, technischer, naturwissenschaftlicher oder informationstechnologischer Ausrichtung
  • Spaß an der Kombination von technologischem Verständnis, strategischer Analyse und Umsetzungsarbeit
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und Fit für eine weltweit führende Managementberatung
  • Ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft
