In der Rolle als Senior Expert sind Sie mit verantwortlich für die Implementierung und Optimierung unser digitalen Plattform- und Kanalstrategie.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Implementierung unserer digitalen Plattform- und Kanalstrategie zur internen und externen Unternehmenskommunikation der gesamten Fresenius Group;

  • Entwicklung von kohärenten Konzepten zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer User- und Content-Experience auf den digitalen Kommunikationsplattformen, wie die globale Website, Social Media sowie das Konzern-Intranet, etc.;

  • Fachliche Leitung und Steuerung von digitalen Kommunikationsprojekten im inter-nationalen Umfeld mit agilen Teams inklusive Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Projektbudgets und Qualitätsstandards;

  • Implementierung eines regelmäßigen Performance-Monitorings zur Analyse und Erfolgsmessung der digitalen Kommunikationsplattformen und -kanälen;

  • Fortlaufende Evaluation neuster Technologien und Trends im Wirkungsbereich der globalen Unternehmenskommunikation, insbesondere künstliche Intelligenz;

  • Beratung von internen Stakeholdern sowie Durchführung von Workshops;

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der digitalen Medien, der Kommunikations-, Medien oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung in einem verwandten Sachgebiet;

  • Mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) in einer vergleich-baren Funktion im Unternehmens- und/oder Beratungsumfeld;

  • Hervorragende Kenntnisse in der Konzeption sowie Umsetzung von nachhaltigen Omnichannel-Kommunikationsprojekten in einem internationalen Kontext;

  • Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement sowie Erfahrung im Einsatz agiler Arbeitsmethoden (Scrum, Design Thinking, etc.);

  • Umfassende Kenntnisse der Microsoft 365-Lösungen (insbesondere SharePoint Online und Viva Engage), Content Management-Systemen (insbesondere Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager) sowie Social Media-Plattformen;

  • Lösungsorientiertes Handeln, hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein;

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift;

  • Gewinnende Persönlichkeit und überzeugende Präsentationsstärke;
