About the Role
Full-time, remote, based in one of the listed cities.
As a Market Lead, you'll be responsible for launching, growing, and leading Locallista in your city.
You'll build and lead Locallista's presence locally from the ground up. That means:
Defining the go-to-market strategy
Mapping key neighbourhoods and service categories
Recruiting and managing top-rated service providers
Building relationships with local ambassadors and community leaders
Ensuring exceptional user and provider experience
Tracking performance and identifying growth opportunities
You'll operate as an independent leader in your city, with full ownership of results and a direct line to the founding team.
Getting Started
We begin with a 3-month paid trial project, designed to:
Test market fit and community traction
Validate your leadership as Head of Market
Set the foundation for long-term success
At the end of this trial, successful candidates will formally become General Manager of their respective chosen market, with budget, resources, and leadership responsibility for scaling across the country.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
Have lived in the city for at least 3 years
Can communicate in the local language
Fluent English
Independent and self-driven
Well-connected in the expat community (groups, events, people)
Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
Experience working in startups or small companies
Fast learner, comfortable using new tools and digital platforms
Bonus points for:
Having built something of your own (a business, project, or community)
Experience in sales or community management
