Als IT Support Specialist (m/w/d) bist du die zentrale Anlaufstelle für alle technischen Anliegen bei gocomo. Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Kolleg:innen sowohl onsite als auch remote reibungslos arbeiten können, indem du unsere IT-Infrastruktur betreust, Geräte administrierst und Prozesse rund um Security & Compliance unterstützt. Du bist nicht nur Troubleshooter, sondern auch proaktiv in der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Landschaft eingebunden – von der Hardwareverwaltung bis hin zum On- und Offboarding neuer Teammitglieder.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Onsite und Remote IT Support für Mitarbeitende
  • Pflege und Wartung der Office-Infrastruktur sowie Netzwerk-Setup
  • Administration von Geräten (Mac & iOS) über MDM-Systeme (z. B. Kandji)
  • Verwaltung der firmenweiten Tools inkl. Zugriffs- und Berechtigungssteuerung
  • Management von Hardware-Inventar und -Beschaffung
  • Unterstützung bei Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozessen
Dein Profil
  • Erfahrung in der Geräteadministration (Mac, iOS) und Remote Management (MDM, bevorzugt Kandji)
  • Praxiserfahrung in IT Support, Netzwerk-Wartung und Setup
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Security Compliance & Phishing-Trainings
  • Routine im Umgang mit Endanwender:innen sowie hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Problemlösungskompetenz und die Fähigkeit, klare Grenzen zu setzen ("Nein" sagen können)
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Interesse an kontinuierlicher Prozessoptimierung
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse sind ein must - Deutsch ist von Vorteil
