The Opportunity

We're searching for a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our team and look after strategic enterprise accounts as well as new business customers, with a focus on growth and expansion. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you'll serve as a strategic advisor deeply understanding customer goals, surfacing opportunities, and clearly demonstrating how UserTesting unlocks smarter, faster decisions. You'll connect our platform's capabilities to real business outcomes, helping customers solve critical challenges and deliver exceptional experiences. 

As a core member of the Go To Market team, you'll collaborate and partner with our Sales organisation, and work closely with our wider Technical, Consulting and Customer Success teams. You'll have the confidence to discuss our solutions and technology with Researchers, Designers, Product Manager's, Marketing and stakeholders at all levels.  

You'll lead by example—owning tailored demonstrations which prove how we solve real problems, lead and manage proof of concept engagements, and will be a key voice in connecting our platform's capabilities to customer outcomes, using narratives to tell compelling value stories.   The ideal candidate combines technical acumen with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. By building trust and credibility across key stakeholders, you'll drive alignment, overcome objections, and secure the technical win as part of a broader value-led sales motion.

The Team

You'll be part of our Solutions Consulting team, a group of curious, creative, and customer-obsessed professionals who collaborate globally. This team is driven by impact—we support each other, push boundaries, and are empowered to solve complex challenges alongside our Sales and Customer teams.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Significant experience as a Solutions Consultant, with a track record of the ability to partner with senior client stakeholders to uncover strategic business objectives and align the technical solutions to those goals. 

  • A strong understanding of technology and how this can drive digital transformation 

  • Ability to identify the critical business issues that customers are facing and provide solution approaches 

  • Experienced in building and communicating use cases and value propositions 

  • Strong demonstration and value-selling experience 

  • Proven ability to translate business outcomes into value-focused conversations

  • Confidence in owning and executing end-to-end proof of concept (POC) engagements

  • A passion for enabling others—sharing best practices, and scaling ideas across the Go To Market team

  • Comfortable overcoming objections during the sales cycle

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives

  • Ideally, an interest or experience in CX, UX, User Research, digital Product Development

  • You believe sales is a process and enjoy working within a structured methodology.  We use MEDDPICC as an opportunity and sales qualification/discovery framework.

  • Written and verbal fluency in both German and English

  • Self-motivated with a strong aim to succeed in a highly dynamic environment

  • Open to travel to customer meetings, conduct onsite customer workshops to inspire, educate and expand sales opportunities

  • Willingness to represent the company externally through conference speaking, and thought leadership that drives visibility and credibility in the market.
