YOUR MISSION

TL;DR

Wir suchen einen echten Builder, jemanden, der Ideen nicht nur diskutiert, sondern in funktionierende Lösungen verwandelt. Als AI & Automations Intern wirst du zum internen Motor von Aampere: Du baust MVPs, automatisierst Workflows, verbindest Systeme, testest neue AI-Tools und sorgst dafür, dass unser Team schneller, smarter und effizienter arbeitet.

Und mal ehrlich: Wann bekommst du sonst die Chance, die ein schnell wachsenden Startups von Grund auf mitzugestalten?

  • Interne MVPs bauen, die sofort Impact haben: Entwickle Tools mit Lovable, Bubble oder Retool (oder Lightweight-Code), die echte Probleme lösen und oft schon am nächsten Tag live gehen.
  • Workflows end-to-end automatisieren: Nutze Make oder n8n, um manuelle Arbeit zu eliminieren und Prozesse zu skalieren.
  • Prototypen testen & iterieren: Arbeite eng mit Product, Ops und Sales zusammen, teste Ideen, finde schnelle Lösungen und lerne, was wirklich funktioniert.
  • Systeme, APIs & Daten verbinden: Baue Integrationen, damit Informationen sauber fließen und Teams nicht in Tools untergehen.
  • Operative Bottlenecks beseitigen: Identifiziere Ineffizienzen im gesamten Unternehmen und verwandle sie in automatisierte, robuste Prozesse.
  • Eine Builder-Kultur pushen: Bringe neue AI-Tools ein, teile Learnings und hilf uns, eine Kultur zu stärken, in der jeder baut statt wartet.

  • Builder-Mindset: Du bist hands-on, neugierig und liebst es, Lösungen mithilfe von AI, Automation und modernen Tools zu bauen.
  • Erste Tool-Erfahrung: Idealerweise hast du bereits mit Tools wie Make, n8n, Retool, Bubble oder Lovable gearbeitet.
  • AI-Neugier: Du testest neue Tools sofort, verstehst ihre Grenzen und findest Wege, sie produktiv einzusetzen.
  • Relevanter Background: Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwesen oder einfach eine starke persönliche Passion für Automatisierung & Technologie.
