About The Job
The Segment Closing & Reporting team in the Accounting, Tax, and Treasury department handles the closing and reporting of the Allianz Technology Group, including control and coordination of branches and subsidiaries in 18 countries globally. Together with our team of talented and driven people with different backgrounds, you are supporting finance activities of a dynamic company with growing business.

What You Do

• Support in monthly and quarterly closing activities e.g. Group Reporting, IC reconciliation.
• Organize and support preparation of central and global accounting meetings (e.g. quarterly closing conferences with Regional Finance Officers).
• Support in process optimization and business development activities within the Accounting, Tax and Treasury department.
• Prepare and analyze financial data for internal and external reporting purposes.
• Organizational and administrative tasks.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a degree in economics, business administration or similar - focus on finance/controlling would be beneficial.
• Basics in MS Office applications (esp. MS Excel and MS Power Point).
• Structured, dedicated and eager to learn.
• Team player and basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
• Written and spoken English is a must; German language skills would be beneficial.
• First experiences in finance departments would be desired.
• You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months- part time h/week).
