, we design modular environmental sensors that cities, researchers, and industries use to understand the physical world: heat, air quality, noise, solar radiation, precipitation, and more. We are looking for a
Firmware Developer
who wants to build robust, scalable embedded systems, not just write code behind a screen. Someone who understands that climate resilience, smart infrastructure, and "ground-truth data" start with good engineering.

What you will work on

  • Firmware development on
    ARM Cortex-M0+/M4
    (low-power, field-ready devices).
  • Drivers, communication layers, and control logic for
    sensors and modular peripherals
    .
  • Optimisation: performance, robustness, and low-power behaviour.
  • Tight collaboration with hardware engineers — from prototypes to field deployments.
  • Debugging with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG/SWD tools.
  • Code reviews, design reviews, and structured documentation.
  • Support for production testing and early pilot deployments.

What you bring

  • 2–5 years in embedded systems or firmware development.
  • Excellent command of
    C/C++
    in resource-constrained environments.
  • Solid understanding of microcontrollers (ARM Cortex-M preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with
    UART, SPI, I2C
    , and possibly USB/Ethernet.
  • Comfortable with Git and modern development workflows.

Nice to have

  • Interest in hardware design and ability to read schematics.
  • Experience with low-power/battery systems.
  • Familiarity with NB-IoT, LoRaWAN, Wi-Fi, or other wireless stacks.
  • Python and Linux for tooling and testing.
  • Exposure to CI/CD for embedded systems.
