Für ein global tätiges Industrieunternehmen mit rund 1.500 Mitarbeitenden suchen wir im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung einen erfahrenen IP Manager (m/w/d) im Großraum München. Das Unternehmen entwickelt und produziert technologisch anspruchsvolle
Lösungen und zählt zu den Innovationsführern seiner Branche.

Die Rolle bietet Ihnen die Chance, in einem internationalen Umfeld eine verantwortungsvolle und strategisch bedeutende Position im Bereich Intellectual Property zu übernehmen.

Aufgaben
  • Strategische Steuerung und operative Betreuung des weltweiten IP-Portfolios (Patente, Marken, Designs)
  • Recherche, Identifizierung und Bewertung schutzfähiger Erfindungen
  • Eigenständige Ausarbeitung und Begleitung von Patentanmeldungen sowie Koordination externer Kanzleien
  • Durchführung von Freedom-to-Operate-, Patentability- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Betreuung und Führung von Einspruchs- und Beschwerdeverfahren
  • Beratung interner Stakeholder aus F&E, Produktentwicklung und Management zu IP-Fragen
  • Weiterentwicklung der globalen IP-Strategie und Unterstützung bei Innovationsprojekten
  • Schulungen und Sensibilisierung der R&D-Teams zu IP-Themen
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium,
    idealerweise Chemie, Chemieingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare
    Fachrichtungen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Patent- oder IP-Management – bevorzugt in einem industriellen Umfeld
  • Zulassung als Deutscher Patentanwalt und/oder Europäischer Patentanwalt (EPA) wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen und europäischen Patentrecht sowie in IP-Prozessen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und sichere Kommunikation
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
