Whether Executive or Management Assistant, Receptionist, Facility Staff member, Team Lead, or Office Manager: Each and every member contributes directly to our consultants' success—and thus to that of our clients.

What You'll Do

As a member of our Office Services Team, you'll work at the communication interface for our international clients and guests as well as for our consultants and internal service departments. Your daily tasks include welcoming and supporting our clients and guests at BCG's Berlin office, as well as eloquently answering phone calls and forwarding them as necessary. You'll also sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries and organize and commission courier and taxi services. In addition, you'll manage conference rooms, which includes coordinating conference room reservations and making arrangements for technical equipment.

What You'll Bring

• You have initial practical experience from working in the hotel industry, customer services, or front-desk area.
• You're proficient in the MS Office suite.
• Your written and spoken German and English language skills are excellent.

Who You'll Work With

You'll be part of a dynamic five-person team, joining our Berlin Reception team, whose work is characterized by helpfulness, mutual respect, trust, and of course, fun The various interfaces will give you interesting insight into the work of the other departments.
