Tasks

As a Gas Dispatching Specialist (m/f/d), you will support the commercial team with operational and administrative dispatching tasks, including:

• Coordinating and monitoring daily gas dispatching activities from FSRU to the grid

• Tracking gas nominations and ensuring alignment with delivery schedules

• Monitoring gas flows, pressure levels, and inventory balances in coordination with technical teams

• Communicating with terminal users, ship operators, and grid operators to ensure smooth logistics and accurate scheduling

• Maintaining dispatch records, logs, and operational reports

• Supporting month-end reporting and reconciliation activities

• Participating in process improvements and digitalization of dispatching workflows

• Supporting the planning of ship-to-ship transfers in close coordination with the logistics and operations teams

Requirements

We are looking for a reliable, team-oriented candidate with a structured working style and technical interest:

• Completed vocational training or technical education in logistics, energy systems, industrial operations, or a comparable field

• Practical experience in gas, energy, utilities, or industrial dispatching/logistics

• Familiarity with dispatching procedures, control room environments, or terminal operations

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Comfortable using digital tools (Excel, dispatching software, monitoring systems)

• Good command of English (German is an asset)

• Willingness to work in shifts, on weekends, or in rotating schedules

• High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and reliability

• Big plus if you have experience and knowledge in REMIT

• Nice to have: Experience or knowledge in gas accounting or related energy sector processes
