Hammerjob:

  • selbständige Durchführung aller Aufgaben im Bereich der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Fragen zur Rechnungsstellung
  • Erstellung der Zahlungsläufe
  • Kontenabstimmung und Kontenklärung

  • Verantwortung für:

  • Intercompany Netting & monatliche Abstimmung mit Konzerngesellschaften

  • Erstellung und Einreichung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen (DE, FR, NL, PL und UK)
  • Intrastat-Meldungen (DE, FR, NL und PL)
  • Reisekostenabrechnungen

  • Fremdwährungsbewertung

  • Pflege der Rechnungsschnittstellen

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse (IFRS / HGB)
  • Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Prüfer (m/w/d)
  • Projektbegleitung im Bereich der Buchhaltung
  • Optimierung zugehöriger Prozesse
  • SAP Key User
  • Leitung von sechs Mitarbeitenden

Super Werkzeug:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
  • einschlägige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen bei einem internationalen Konzern
  • souveräner Umgang mit IFRS und HGB
  • solide Kenntnisse im Bereich Umsatzsteuer
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse insbesondere in Excel
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und umfassende Erfahrung in SAP, insbesondere in den Modulen FI/MM
