Your responsibilities

• Market-Oriented Strategy Development
• Develop market-driven strategies for assigned products or regions in close collaboration with Sales, Divisions, and GC management.
• Oversee and monitor marketing support activities including quotations, inventory management, and coordination of logistics agreements with factories in cooperation with Customer Service.
• Annual Sales Planning
• Prepare the annual product budget based on defined strategies together with Divisions and Sales teams.
• Define and manage yearly sales plans, including business volume, required inventory levels, and key customer/sales channel breakdowns.Take responsibility for achieving the approved sales and budget targets.
• Technical Support for Sales & Customers
• Provide product information, training, and daily support to the sales organization, agents, and distributors.
• Join customer visits with Sales to deliver specialized technical support and secure design-wins and new business opportunities.
• Act as the first-level contact for quality-related issues and rejections.
• Market Monitoring & Communication Activities
• Track market and application developments to identify new product needs and emerging opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, including supply-demand dynamics, pricing, and competitor activities; propose targets and strategies accordingly.
• Support and execute marketing communication activities (trade fairs, advertising, technical literature, catalogues, sample kits, etc.) in cooperation with the MarCom department.
• Lead and develop supporting staff, guiding the team toward achieving performance, professional growth, and career development objectives.

Your qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10+ years of experience in marketing or sales of electronic components (preferably passive components).
• Strong leadership qualities with a positive, cooperative mindset; team-oriented; goal-driven; willing to take responsibility.
• Ability to travel frequently within the region and to the headquarters.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and quality core tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
