We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team of dedicated professionals.

Your mission

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our DACH Market. You'll be on the front line of our sales efforts - researching prospects, starting conversations, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, thrives on hitting targets, and wants to play a big part in scaling a fast-growing climate tech business. In addition to the core SDR work ( 80%), you'll spend 20% supporting partner onboarding by conducting hands-on trainings to our Partners, in close collaboration with our Partnership Manager.

This is a fully remote position, with the option to work from our office in Münster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and reach out to potential customers in our target industries in Germany, Austria & Switzerland.
  • Qualify inbound leads and proactively generate outbound opportunities.
  • Book meetings for our sales team with well-qualified prospects.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to organize, attend and follow up on events and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and track your activity against targets.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Represent Bisly with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction.
  • Deliver short, practical onboarding sessions for new partners (remote/on-site) and guide their first projects.
  • Support technical demos and explain our solution in clear, non-jargon language.
  • Review simple designs at a high level, coordinate answers with our technical team, and support basic commissioning steps.
  • Contribute lightweight enablement materials (checklists, short how-to slides/recordings).
To succeed in this role, you'll have
  • Excellent German (C2 or native-equivalent) and fluent English (C1+) for daily team communication.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills;
  • 1-3 years of sales or customer-facing experience, ideally in B2B or tech;
  • Strong communication skills - confident on the phone, over email, and on LinkedIn.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude;
  • Ability to quickly understand and explain technical concepts to potentially non-technical audiences.
  • Confidence translating technical topics for non-technical audiences; structured and reliable follow-through.
  • Confidence using CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Willingness to provide support for organising events (booking, materials, organising meetings, handling sequences, etc.)
  • Eagerness to learn the basics of building automation (we'll train you)

Bonus points for:

  • Experience selling to property management, construction, or sustainability sectors.
  • Knowledge of building automation, Proptech or climate tech.
  • Experience with outbound sales in a scale-up environment.
  • Hands-on exposure to low-voltage/control systems (e.g., lighting control, HVAC, access) or technical onboarding in a B2B product
