What you'll do

• Support end to end external workforce processes: requisitions, screening, onboarding, extensions/amendments, and offboarding
• Coordinate contract updates and service call offs; track approvals, signatures, and compliance with company policies
• Maintain accurate data and documentation in recruiting and procurement systems; prepare status updates and reports
• Align resource needs with engagement managers and suppliers; schedule interviews and follow up on actions and deadlines
• Assist in negotiations and alignment for contract extensions and amendments under guidance
• Create and improve templates, checklists, and playbooks to standardize workflows and reduce cycle time

What you bring

• Student trainee (m/f/d) at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in the fields of business administration, management, business informatics, or comparable fields
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• You work independently and in a structured manner
• You are highly motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• You can grasp complex content quickly and have the ability to present concepts visually and analytically
• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team
• You can work 15-20 hours per week
• Coming to the office in Walldorf/St. Leon-Rot is required

Where you belong 

Delos Cloud GmbH was founded by SAP to offer the German administration a sovereign cloud on an open hyperscaler platform. As a reliable partner, we will meet the special security requirements of our customers and contribute to the digital transformation of public administration. We will be successively expanding our organization in the coming months to take on this exciting task.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
