WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN

  • Gesamtverantwortung für das Produktmanagement der Produktfamilie Heavy Tracked Vehicles inklusive Budgetplanung und strategischer Weiterentwicklung
  • Sicherstellung der Kommunalität sowie Entwicklung und Pflege von Produktmanagement-und Portfolioprozessen inklusive Roadmaps und Produktanforderungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Businessplänen siwe der Common Baseline Roadmap
  • Koordination mit dem Vertrieb, der Entwicklung, dem Einkauf und dem Business Development
  • Führung, Entwicklung und Weiterbildung von Produktmanagern und -experten inklusive Personalverantwortung
  • Verantwortung für Entwicklungsprojekte, Zertifizierungsplanung sowie Koordination von Make-or-Buy Prozessen

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement oder Produktentwicklung
  • Militärischer Hintergrund von Vorteil, zum Beispiel als Hauptmann (m/w/d)
  • Branchenkenntnisse im Bereich der Defence wünschenswert
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Herausragende Lösungsorientierung, Stressresistenz und Flexibilität
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit sowie Teamorientierung
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
