BEZ TRANSFORMATORY's history in the transformer industry dates back approximately 100 years. Production began in our Bratislava-based factory in 1902, and we have manufactured and installed over 230,000 transformers in the last 40 years.
Tasks
This is a full-time on-site or hybrid role for a Sales Director. As a Sales Director at BEZ TRANSFORMÁTORY, you will be responsible for
Leading sales operations
Driving business development
Overseeing team management
Developing sales strategies
Building and maintaining customer relationships
Supervising sales teams, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets
Requirements
Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development skills
Customer Service and Customer Relationship Management
Team Management and Leadership
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in the energy or manufacturing, Transformers industry
Master's degree in High Voltage, Electro, or related field
