Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Berlin, with opportunities for both in-office collaboration and remote work. As a User Experience Specialist, you will conduct user research to understand and anticipate player needs, utilize design thinking methodologies to create intuitive user experiences, and ensure user-centered design principles are applied throughout the product lifecycle. You will also provide insights to refine user interfaces and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the gaming experience for players across platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in User Research and UX Research to gather and analyze user behavior and feedback.
  • Strong skills in Design Thinking and Human-Computer Interaction for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of User Experience (UX) design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively present insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, based in Berlin.
  • Experience in mobile gaming or usability design is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field is preferred.
