Dafür entwickeln wir eine moderne SaaS speziell für das Handwerk, mit starken Vorlagen, klaren Workflows und AI Features, die wirklich Zeit sparen. Wir suchen einen Senior Software Engineer als Tech Lead Full Stack, der die technische Gesamtverantwortung für Backend und Frontend übernimmt und unser vierköpfiges Entwicklerteam fachlich führt. Du setzt die technische Richtung, hebst Codequalität und Delivery auf das nächste Level und baust mit uns ein Produkt, das das Handwerk digital nach vorne bringt.

Ihre Aufgaben

•
Du übernimmst unsere Architektur und Codebase, bewertest sie und triffst Entscheidungen für Skalierung, Stabilität und saubere Weiterentwicklung. Du bist die letzte Instanz bei technischen Grundsatzfragen.

Du etablierst Qualitätsstandards und eine saubere Delivery Routine. Du führst unser Tech Team aus Senior und Junior Entwicklern fachlich und entwickelst Junior Entwickler gezielt weiter.

•
Du bist kein reiner Manager. Du entwickelst aktiv im Backend mit Laravel und idealerweise auch im Frontend mit React, baust kritische Features selbst und löst komplexe Probleme pragmatisch.

Du treibst Redis für Queues und Caching, Docker Setup, CI CD und Observability voran, damit Releases stabil bleiben und Incidents schnell beherrschbar sind.

Du integrierst und entwickelst AI Features weiter, inklusive robuster Workflows, Prompt und Output Logik, Monitoring, Kostenkontrolle und Guardrails.

Du unterstützt die Erweiterung um Mobile Apps oder Clients und baust dafür eine tragfähige API Basis mit Auth, Sync und Offline Gedanken.

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Product Manager zusammen, übersetzt Anforderungen in technische Konzepte und hältst Scope, Aufwand und Qualität in Balance.

Strategischer Partner des Gründers Du arbeitest direkt mit unserem Gründer, challengest Entscheidungen konstruktiv und baust eine technische Roadmap die Wachstum ermöglicht.

Ihr Profil

•
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Lead in der professionellen Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise in B2B SaaS und im Full Stack Umfeld

•
Nachweisliche Erfahrung darin, Architektur und Tech Stack Entscheidungen zu treffen und nachvollziehbar zu begründen

•
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Laravel, API Design, Queues, Jobs, Datenmodell und Performance

•
Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in React mit Inertia, optional mit TypeScript

•
Erfahrung mit Docker und modernen Deployment Setups (CI CD, Logs und Monitoring)

•
Verständnis für Produktionsanforderungen wie Stabilität, Security, Performance und Betrieb

•
Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und hoher Qualitätsanspruch ohne Perfektionismus

Erfahrung in der fachlichen Leitung kleiner bis mittlere Teams sowie einer führungsgerechten Kommunikation

Sprachanforderungen: Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau sind erforderlich. Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind wünschenswert.

Our goal is clear: documentation and inspection reports should be so simple that they happen naturally in day to day work. Fast, clean, traceable, and ready for customers, acceptance, insurance, and in case of disputes.

We are building a modern SaaS for the trades, with strong templates, clear workflows, and AI features that truly save time. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer as a Tech Lead Full Stack who takes end to end technical ownership for backend and frontend and leads our four person engineering team. You set the technical direction, raise code quality and delivery to the next level, and help us build a product that moves the trades forward.

Your Tasks

• You take ownership of our architecture and codebase, assess it, and make decisions for scalability, stability, and clean long term development. You are the final decision maker for core technical topics.

• You establish quality standards and a reliable delivery routine. You lead our tech team (senior and junior engineers) and actively develop junior engineers.

• You are not a pure manager. You build critical features hands on in Laravel and ideally also in React, and solve complex problems pragmatically.

• You improve operations and performance: Redis for queues and caching, Docker setup, CI CD, and observability to keep releases stable and incidents under control.

• You integrate and evolve AI features, including robust workflows, prompt and output logic, monitoring, cost control, and guardrails.

• You support expansion towards mobile apps or clients and build a solid API foundation with auth, sync, and offline concepts.

• You work closely with our Product Manager, translate requirements into technical concepts, and balance scope, effort, and quality.

• You work directly with the founder, challenge decisions constructively, and build a technical roadmap that enables growth.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as a technical lead in professional software engineering, ideally in B2B SaaS and full stack environments

• Proven ability to make architecture and tech stack decisions and explain them clearly

• Strong Laravel skills: API design, queues, jobs, data modelling, and performance

• Good to very good React skills with Inertia, optionally TypeScript

• Experience with Docker and modern deployment setups, including CI CD, logs, and monitoring

• Understanding of production requirements: stability, security, performance, and operations

• Structured, self driven working style with high quality standards without perfectionism

• Experience leading small to mid sized teams, including clear leadership communication

• Language: very good English (C1) is required, fluent German is a plus

• Experience integrating AI services into production software

• Python knowledge
