Aufgaben

  • Steuerung und Kontrolle des Shared Service Centers sowie Führung von vier Mitarbeitern
  • Überwachung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung und Lösung aufkommender Probleme
  • Durchführung von Optimierungsprojekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Buchhaltungsprozesse
  • Unterstützung und fachkundige Beratung unterschiedlicher Einheiten und Ansprechpartner

Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen und erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem Business Process Outsourcer oder Shared Service Center
  • Belastbarkeit in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
